Befriending Your Beautiful Monsters

TSOKNYI RINPOCHE, 2026

Tsoknyi Rinpoche illuminates how to embrace emotional “beautiful monsters” — distorted feelings from subtle body blockages (nadi imprints, prana speediness, bindu disconnection) — as opportunities for healing. Through the “handshake practice,” cognitive awareness meets feelings without suppressing, indulging, ignoring, or fixing: simply be with kindness and awareness. This fosters essence love, compassion, and grounded well-being, transforming residues into wisdom. The Q&A addresses fear, loneliness, and apathy with practical guidance like the “It is real, but not true” mantra.
