LESSON 1
Introducing Vajrayana
Mingyur Rinpoche introduces the three yanas, the unique features of Vajrayana, and the idea of “taking fruition as path,” offering a glimpse into the nature of awareness as the foundation of the journey.
LESSON 2
Pure Perception
Learn how viewing the world and ourselves as inherently pure unlocks deep compassion and wisdom, revealing the sacredness of ordinary experience and the essence of our true nature.
LESSON 3
The Five Buddha Families
By understanding our patterns and emotions through the lens of the five buddha families, we discover how confusion itself contains wisdom.
LESSON 4
The Guru Principle
Explore how the guru serves as a mirror of our own awakened mind. With devotion and pure perception, the relationship becomes a powerful gateway to recognizing awareness directly.
LESSON 5
Self-Liberation
Thoughts and emotions are self-liberated when we recognize their true nature. This practice reveals the mind’s spacious clarity and offers a taste of freedom right within our daily experience.
LESSON 6
The Vajrayana Path
View, meditation, and action come together in this complete path. By weaving these elements into everyday life, we ground our practice and walk the path of awakening with confidence.

I feel that happiness is really found in appreciation and rejoicing. Everything is a display of clarity, love, and wisdom. This is related to the main view of Vajrayana Buddhism: that we all are buddhas. This enlightened nature is not just within you. It’s everywhere. You can see it and appreciate it. That’s the main cause of happiness — gratitude and appreciation.
