Movement, Meditation, and the Mind

SCOTT ANDERSON, 2025

Scott Anderson shares how a background in competitive athletics and long-term meditation led him to study the body–mind relationship. Drawing on research and personal practice, he explores how movement, cardio, and awareness shape mental health, anxiety, and neuroplasticity. The conversation brings together contemplative training, exercise science, and Dharma practice, showing how physical activity can support meditation and reveal the nature of mind through everyday movement.
