Mahamudra: A Simple Path for a Busy Life
RINGU TULKU, 2024
Ringu Tulku Rinpoche speaks directly about Mahamudra not as something remote or reserved for retreat, but as a lived practice that belongs in ordinary experience. He recounts personal experiences of samsara and how they shaped his view, then explores awareness and the moment-by-moment work of letting thoughts arise and dissolve. The teaching unfolds through Q&A, with Rinpoche offering simple reminders for handling negative emotions and explaining why understanding mind’s nature matters for anyone, not just monastics.
