Participation in a Small Group
Friendship and conversation are integral parts of the Buddhist path. They help us feel connected and supported, clarify key points of practice, and apply our practice in relationships. Peer-led small groups that meet regularly — whether online or in person — are among the most valuable means of enriching our practice in this way.

Small groups offer a unique space for:
- Collective exploration: Delve into the Vajrayana tradition, share insights, and explore reflection questions in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Group practice: Practice meditation together and share experiences to clarify important points about specific practice instructions.
- Practical application: Explore the relevance of applying the teachings in daily life, discuss real-world situations, and support each other in applying Buddhist principles in all areas of life.
We encourage everyone in our Vajrayana Online program to take part in a peer-led small group. Our courses include questions and suggestions for small groups, as well as a Small Group Handbook for those interested in leading a small group. Anyone in Vajrayana Online can start or participate in a small group.

Share Your Reflections
As we continue to learn and grow together, we’re inviting participants to share their experience with the small group gatherings. Your feedback helps us refine what we offer, understand how the platform supports your journey, and ensure that our spaces foster meaningful connection, belonging, and purpose.
We warmly invite you to take a few moments to reflect on your experience. Your voice matters and will help shape future offerings.

We think of our tradition of Buddhism as a gift we have to offer the world. And all that we, the teachers of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, would ask is that you accept our offering, enjoy it, make use of it, and benefit from it.
