Next Steps after Your Path of Liberation Retreat
Thank you for joining the 2025 Path of Liberation Level 5 retreat with Mingyur Rinpoche. Vajrayana Online offers everything you need to complete your Path of Liberation Level 5 homework.
Practice with Confidence
In the days and weeks following a powerful Path of Liberation Level 5 retreat with Mingyur Rinpoche, inspiration runs high, but it can quickly give way to the demands of daily life. It’s natural to lose some clarity or inspiration after leaving the immersive environment of the retreat, which is why Vajrayana Online is committed to guiding Path of Liberation students every step of the way along their path.
Starting November 17, Tergar Guide Kunsang Palmo will lead you through four weeks dedicated to integrating Rinpoche’s instructions into your daily practice. This workshop is the perfect way to sustain and strengthen the positive momentum from your retreat, helping you become deeply familiar with the practices so you can fulfill the level’s requirements with ease.
We will discuss the major themes and practices of the level, including the development stage, the completion stage, White Tara practice, and more. We will also practice the White Tara liturgy composed by Mingyur Rinpoche — Radiance of the Heart — and clarify any questions that come up along the way.

MEET YOUR GUIDE
Tsunma Kunsang Palmo
Tsunma Kunsang Palmo, originally from England, traveled and worked around the world as an art teacher in international schools for over a decade. On a trip to Nepal she encountered Lama Zopa Rinpoche and was so inspired by the teachings that she chose to stay in Asia and live a life immersed in the dharma. Soon after, she traveled to Himachal Pradesh in North India where she met Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo and was further inspired by her guidance and teachings. She went on to complete a three-year retreat at Sherabling Monastery under the guidance of Mingyur Rinpoche.
Continuing to take teachings from Rinpoche, Kunsang serves as a meditation and dharma teacher for Tergar’s Joy of Living and Vajrayana Online courses, Tergar retreats, and the Tergar Institute in Osel Ling Monastery in Kathmandu, Nepal. In 2021 she was invited to teach in Antigua and Trinidad for Bodhicharya, an international organization founded by Ringu Tulku Rinpoche. She now divides her time sharing what she has learned through her years of study and practice in Kathmandu, India, and the Caribbean.

Voices from Our Community
After a retreat with Mingyur Rinpoche, I joined Vajrayana Online as soon as I returned home. After examining the content offered online, I am totally convinced that this is exactly what I am looking for. I'm very grateful! I shall follow the journey through.

Joining the Path of Liberation Level 1 workshop in August was a truly enriching experience. With Kunsang’s warm guidance and the chance to listen to others — seeing myself reflected in their stories — new perspectives opened, and Rinpoche’s teachings began to click together like pieces of a puzzle.

When you receive the teachings once at a retreat, this is great, but there’s a risk that the inspiration to practice will pass quickly. Receiving Rinpoche’s instructions over a full year and connecting with a community creates a foundation for regular practice.
