In 2026, Mingyur Rinpoche will offer the Path of Liberation Levels 1 & 2 in-person retreat only once in the USA and once in Europe — and there will be just one online Level 1 retreat. If you can, plan ahead to join in person, as the Level 2 pointing-out instruction is offered only in person, with no need to complete the Level 1 homework to receive it.

In the Path of Liberation, all the teachings are given step by step. There are five levels, all of which explore the unity of awareness, love and compassion, and wisdom, which is within you and is what we call the “nature of mind.” By doing that, if you really practice again and again, then it becomes a deeper spiritual journey. And in the end, it can lead you to full enlightenment.
