This course on Mahamudra will help us gain a deeper understanding of the Mahamudra tradition’s unique approach to view, meditation, and action within Buddhism. Mingyur Rinpoche will teach on the essential points of Mahamudra so that we can get a taste of what it is and how it fits into the Buddhist path. We will learn these points, meditate on them, and then bring our meditation into our daily lives so that our study and practice can go beyond an intellectual understanding and become a lived experience.

We will explore topics such as the four pillars of Mahamudra, different styles of Mahamudra meditation, and the distinction between realization and experience. The course is divided into eight sections, each focusing on a major theme of the Ganges Mahamudra text by Tilopa, a great Indian master and the founder of the Mahamudra lineage.
